Recently, our large-module closed circuit cooling tower project was officially launched in Hami, Xinjiang. In the context of the cooling equipment industry's increasing attention to energy saving, water saving, high efficiency and environmental protection, our company has selected 8 large module steel structure cooling tower groups for the project, with a single module of about 45m*9m*15m in length, width and height, and a single cooling capacity is large, and its energy-saving and emission reduction capabilities have reached the national second-level energy efficiency standard. In addition, the large modular steel structure closed circuit cooling tower has a compact structure, high steel structure strength, strong stability, and is easier to use, clean and maintain in the later stage. The modular design and manufacturing also make the installation process easier, which is the development trend of closed circuit cooling towers in the future.

on-site construction of this project has greatly tested our company's transportation and on-site coordination capabilities in large-module projects. First of all, the steel structure foundation needs to be transported to Hami, Xinjiang for on-site assembly. Secondly, the cooling tower needs to be placed on the existing basis, the steel structure is large, and it is difficult to lift and assemble. In addition, due to the special period, workers need to wear masks to work in the hot weather of 44 degrees, which is a physical and psychological test. In the end, we overcame all kinds of difficulties with our rich experience in the field of large projects and the ability to work as a team, and delivered the project on time within the original two-month project cycle.
